Onboarding Consultant

We are currently seeking an Onboarding Consultant to join our dynamic team on a 12 month fixed-term basis. This pivotal role involves managing the onboarding process for new contractors, ensuring compliance with new legislation, and maintaining strong communication with both internal consultants and contractors.

• Process the on-boarding of new contractors efficiently and accurately
\n
• Handle change requests and update records accordingly
\n
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and communicate requirements to consultants and contractors
\n
• Confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth on-boarding processes
\n
• Utilise Excel for filtering data and applying basic formulas
\n
• Operate internal systems such as TIfo and Bullhorn CRM effectively
\n
• Adhere to new legislation regarding Right to Work checks for all workers from October
\n
• Work from home for 1-2 days a week after initial training
\n

• Experience in administrative roles with excellent organisational skills
\n
• Proficiency with Excel, particularly in using filters and basic formulas
\n
• Familiarity with in-house systems like TIfo and Bullhorn CRM is advantageous
\n
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey compliance requirements clearly
\n
• Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in processing data
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
