We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading UK accident repair group for the position of Panel Beater at their modern facility in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. - Replace and repair damaged or compromised bodywork panels to high-quality standards \n
- Conduct chassis and framework repairs accurately \n
- Assess vehicle damage and apply appropriate repair methods \n
- Perform bumper and door repairs as required \n
- Ensure all repairs meet internal and third-party quality standards \n
- Operate effectively within a team to maintain efficient and safe bodyshop operations \n

- Previous time-served Panel Beating experience, ideally within accident repair, main dealer, or bodyshop environments \n
- NVQ Level 3 qualification preferred; ATA Panel Beating accreditation advantageous \n
- Strong organisational and time management skills \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
- Own tools and equipment \n
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment \n
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills \n
