Supervisor (Logistics) (Plymouth) – Fulltime An opportunity to work on our MOD project in Plymouth, delivering major redevelopment works over the coming years. PAYE basis Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays) Must Have: * Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card * Academic Qualification – Level 4 or above, i.e. HNC, HND or Degree * Previous experience supervising logistics operations on major construction or infrastructure projects * Strong understanding of site logistics and coordination * Good communication and leadership skills * Ability to coordinate labour, plant, materials and deliveries * Good organisational and problem-solving skills * Reliable and proactive approach to work * Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance * Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years This role is site based - Monday to Friday 45 hours per week 07:30am - 17:00pm Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate logistics operations across site * Manage the movement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment * Coordinate site logistics teams and ensure resources are available when required * Ensure safe movement of vehicles, plant and personnel around site * Liaise with site management, engineers, subcontractors and delivery teams * Monitor daily activities and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently * Maintain high standards of Health & Safety across logistics operations * Assist with planning and coordinating site deliveries * Maintain accurate records and report any issues to site management * Support the successful delivery of major MOD infrastructure works Some Benefits: Pension Safe working environment Secure regular income Lodge/Digs can be available.
