\nWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse & Transport Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and transport function. This is a hands-on management role responsible for ensuring efficient stock control, timely deliveries, fleet compliance, and the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse.

Manage daily warehouse and transport operations.

Lead and motivate warehouse and driving teams.

Ensure stock accuracy through effective inventory control and regular stock checks.

Plan and coordinate vehicle schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.

Monitor transport costs and identify efficiencies.
\n - \n
Ensure compliance with health & safety, fleet, and transport regulations.
\n - \n
Manage goods-in and goods-out processes.
\n - \n
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and third-party carriers.

Produce KPI reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Support recruitment, training, and performance management of team members.

About You

Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager, Transport Manager, or similar role.

Strong leadership and people management skills.
\n - \n
Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and transport compliance.
\n - \n
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Confident using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
