The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Fitter to oversee installation works across Carlisle and within a 60-mile operating radius.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong technical knowledge, organisational capability, and the

ability to manage small fitting teams efficiently while maintaining high compliance standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in insulation, damp proofing, or related works

Experience leading or supervising small teams

Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and installation standards

Good working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to problem-solve and work independently

Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

Desirable (but not essential)

NVQ or equivalent trade qualification

First Aid or SSSTS certification

Experience in energy efficiency schemes
