45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm

Saturday cover required on a rota basis - time off in lieu or overtime payment provided for Saturday shifts

Are you an experienced automotive administrator looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Aftersales Administration Supervisor to support the smooth running of our busy Aftersales department at our Brooklands site.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys leading by example, supporting a team, and ensuring exceptional standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
About the Role\nReporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will oversee and supervise the Aftersales administration function, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with business and manufacturer requirements.
\nYou will work closely with the administration team and wider Aftersales department to maintain high standards, streamline processes and support the delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n

Manage and prioritise all invoicing upon completion of repairs.
\n - \n
Oversee off-site and completed Work in Progress (WIP) management.
\n - \n
Support the Aftersales Manager with departmental administration and operational tasks.
\n - \n
Assist in driving manufacturer Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance.
\n - \n
Support the recruitment, development and day-to-day management of the administration team.
\n - \n
Work alongside the Aftersales Support team to train administrators in manufacturer warranty claim processing.
\n - \n
Prepare and review job packs, including:
\n- \n
- \n
SCP checks
\n - \n
KDM administration
\n - \n
C&D preparation
\n - \n
GDPR compliance checks
\n
\n - \n
- \n
Manage the fleet administration of company and manufacturer-supplied vehicles.
\n - \n
Prioritise invoicing, release notes and DSB documentation.
\n - \n
Upload release documentation to DSD and issue customer payment links.
\n - \n
Manage the used vehicle warranty claim process.
\n - \n
Ensure compliance with all company policies, including ethics, anti-bribery and competition law requirements.
\n - \n
Support additional duties as reasonably required within the scope of the role.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous administration experience within a fast-paced customer service environment.
\n - \n
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
\n - \n
The ability to prioritise workloads effectively and work to deadlines.
\n - \n
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
\n - \n
Good IT skills and confidence learning new systems.
\n - \n
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
\n - \n
Automotive retail or aftersales experience would be advantageous.
\n - \n
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
\n
