REGISTERED MANAGER – CHILDREN'S RESIDENTIAL HOME

Location: Birmingham & Surrounding Areas

Salary: From £55,000 + Bonus

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a growing Children's Residential Care provider in Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about creating outstanding outcomes for children and young people and wants to be part of a strong, supportive team.

THE ROLE

As Registered Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance while developing a positive and motivated team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous Registered Manager experience within Children's Residential Care

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare – ESSENTIAL

• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations

• Proven experience leading and developing a care team

• Strong safeguarding and compliance knowledge

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• A genuine passion for achieving positive outcomes for children and young people
