Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (3-5 Years PQE)Location: Coventry / Leamington SpaSalary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum + bonus + benefits

An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE to join its growing Property team in either Coventry or Leamington Spa.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious conveyancing solicitor looking to manage a high-quality caseload whilst benefiting from strong administrative support, excellent career progression, and a collaborative working environment.

The Role

You will manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n
• Transfers of equity
\n
• Remortgages
\n
• New build transactions
\n
• Shared ownership matters
\n
• Help to Buy transactions
\n
• First registration applications
\n
• Residential property portfolio work
\n

Requirements

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing
\n
• Proven ability to manage a full conveyancing caseload independently
\n
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
\n
• Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
\n
• Ability to work effectively within a busy and supportive team environment
\n
• Strong organisational and case management skills
\n
