\nA progressive Yorkshire based Law firm is looking to further expand its established Commercial Property department, looking to hire a driven and qualified Commercial Property Lawyer that can collaborate effectively with the already 12 strong team.
\nYou'll work with a broad and high-quality client base including landowners, commercial property owners, developers, housebuilders and agricultural clients on a varied and interesting caseload.

- This position sits within a busy and collaborative property team and covers a wide range of commercial property work including \n
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals \n
- Lease negotiations for landlords and tenants \n
- Portfolio management and refinancing work \n
- Development and regeneration matters \n
There is flexibility in how the caseload is structured, with support available at all levels and a clear focus on high-quality work without unrealistic billing pressure
\nThe ideal profile
\n- \n
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property (ideally 2 years+ PQE) \n
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own caseload \n
- Interested in business development and building client relationships \n
- Ambitious and keen to take on a visible role within the wider firm \n
