A progressive Yorkshire based Law firm is looking to further expand its established Commercial Property department, looking to hire a driven and qualified Commercial Property Lawyer that can collaborate effectively with the already 12 strong team.

You'll work with a broad and high-quality client base including landowners, commercial property owners, developers, housebuilders and agricultural clients on a varied and interesting caseload.

The role

• This position sits within a busy and collaborative property team and covers a wide range of commercial property work including

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
\n
• Lease negotiations for landlords and tenants
\n
• Portfolio management and refinancing work
\n
• Development and regeneration matters
\n

There is flexibility in how the caseload is structured, with support available at all levels and a clear focus on high-quality work without unrealistic billing pressure

The ideal profile

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property (ideally 2 years+ PQE)
\n
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own caseload
\n
• Interested in business development and building client relationships
\n
• Ambitious and keen to take on a visible role within the wider firm
\n
