Your Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of and develop an existing, established client portfolio
  • \n
  • Deliver holistic, independent financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
  • \n
  • Conduct regular client reviews and identify planning opportunities
  • \n
  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
  • \n
  • Work collaboratively with paraplanning and administration teams to deliver outstanding client experiences
  • \n
  • Leverage the firm's referral network to grow your client base sustainably
  • \n
  • Ensure all advice meets FCA regulations and internal compliance standards
  • \n

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)
  • \n
  • Proven experience delivering regulated financial advice
  • \n
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • \n
  • Client-centric, ethical approach to financial planning
  • \n
  • Ability to manage and develop existing relationships
  • \n
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • \n

Desirable:

  • Progress towards or near Chartered Financial Planner status
  • \n
  • Experience with HNW/UHNW client portfolios
  • \n
  • Track record of generating referral business
  • \n
