Transactional Finance Manager

• Leading and managing the transactional finance team
\n
• Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, and Bookkeeping
\n
• Managing the monthly payroll process
\n
• Ensuring VAT processes are completed accurately
\n
• Supporting and developing team members
\n
• Resolving finance escalations and providing hands-on operational support
\n
• Improving and maintaining transactional finance processes
\n

What you will need:\n

\n
• Previous experience in a similar role (Finance Manager, Finance Operations Manager, Transactional Finance Manager, or similar)
\n
• Strong background in transactional finance and bookkeeping
\n
• Excellent knowledge of PAYE, VAT, and payroll processes
\n
• Proven people management experience (ideally managing teams of 3 or more)
\n
