Job Description
Banking & Finance Lawyer, 3–6 PQE, £75,000–£92,000, Tier 1 international firm, Manchester\n
\n
\n The Manchester banking and finance team of a Tier 1 international firm is hiring at 3–6 PQE. It's a nationally recognised, growing practice advising on financing structures across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.\n
\n
\n The role has a particular focus on asset-based lending and receivables financing, alongside the wider range of finance work - leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate and real estate lending, structured lending and capital markets. The right candidate is someone who enjoys that kind of work and wants to build a specialism in it.\n
\n
\n Clients range from UK clearing banks and financial institutions to independent and alternative lenders, debt funds, and corporate borrowers from listed businesses to high-growth SMEs. You'd act on both lender and borrower side.\n
\n
\n You'd have direct client contact and responsibility from an early stage, with scope to develop your technical expertise and build market relationships as the team grows.\n
\n
\n The team is highly ranked and has an established client base in the region and nationally.\n
\n
\n A good move for a mid-level lawyer looking to take the next step up. Interested? Apply here or contact Chris Barr at QED Legal.
