Procurement Program Manager (PPM) - Contract Opportunity Pay: £ 51.55 per hr PAYE Location: Hybrid / Flexible / Preston base location (UK & Europe travel required) Sector: Energy / Nuclear / Engineering Contract Type: Contractor 12 months rolling duration Travel: Up to 20% across Europe Hours of work: Monday - Friday / 8am-4pm Inside IR35: Yes The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Procurement Program Manager (PPM) to join a global supply chain team supporting complex engineering and energy projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional with strong project management expertise to lead procurement programmes, drive sourcing strategies, and manage supplier relationships across a diverse international supply chain. Requirements: EPIC contract management under NEC framework and supply chain governance  BA/BS/ME degree in business or engineering with a minimum of 5 -7 years of project management experience.  5 to 7 years' experience in procurement  Strong Analytic experience & Good problem-solving ability and high attitude for ownership  Ability to maintain long term productive relationship with supplier (SRM)  A team player collaborating with multiple regions & product lines to serve Westinghouse's customers  Knowledge of EMEA supplier base for the energy sector is a plus.  Strategic & analytical orientation with ability to translate strategy into tangible operational results  Experience in International sourcing.  Microsoft Project Expertise or similar systems a plus  Experience running large complex cross functional projects  Global project management experience a plus  SAP & Ariba or similar system experience in a global environment is beneficial  Ability to travel up to 20% Rullion celebrates and supports diversity and is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for both employees and applicants
