Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.Where will you be working?At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.Youll be working within mobile networks where we keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.Want to come and be a part of it?What Youll Be DoingAs our Standards and Excellence Coordinator, youll support the coordination and embedding of standards, assurance and continuous improvement across our Communications division, helping to drive consistent, high-quality delivery. Youll maintain governance trackers, action logs and reporting to give clear visibility of performance, compliance and risk. Working closely with operational teams, youll coordinate assurance reviews and audits, track improvement actions through to completion, and help embed practical, consistent ways of working aligned to client and regulatory requirements. Youll also prepare clear updates and insights for leadership, identifying trends and gaps to support a joined-up approach to delivery excellence.What Youll BringYoull bring experience in standards, quality, assurance, compliance or operational support, ideally within telecoms or a similarly complex environment. Youll be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident maintaining accurate governance and performance reporting. Well value your understanding of governance and continuous improvement processes, alongside your ability to communicate clearly and manage stakeholders effectively.
