\nAs an EHCP Assistant, you will:

- Providing 1:1 and small-group support. \n
- Supporting students with their individual EHCP targets. \n
- Assisting with learning, communication, and emotional regulation. \n
- Monitoring progress, engagement, and wellbeing. \n
- Working closely with teachers and SEN professionals. \n
- Building positive relationships with students. \n
