As an EHCP Assistant, you will:

  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support.

  • Supporting students with their individual EHCP targets.

  • Assisting with learning, communication, and emotional regulation.
  • \n
  • Monitoring progress, engagement, and wellbeing.
  • \n
  • Working closely with teachers and SEN professionals.
  • \n
  • Building positive relationships with students.
  • \n
