Job Description
A close-knit, local Quantity Surveying consultancy is eager to add a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor with a good, all-round skill-set as they set to scale and grow their Kent/Southeast London office.
\nThe Quantity Surveyor's role
\nThe Director of Cost Management is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor who can independently run projects from inception to completion, including preparing bills of quantities, administering contracts, and undertaking a client-facing role.
\nThe successful Quantity Surveyor will join a team of three, freeing up the Director to focus on business development activities that will ultimately drive the team's growth. This creates an excellent opportunity to become a key member of the team, with genuine long-term career progression for those looking to develop their career.
\nThe Quantity Surveyor

- Ideally completed a Quantity Surveying degree \n
- PQS / Consultancy background \n
- Comfortable preparing bills of quantities \n
- Client facing \n
- Experience of administering contracts \n
- Pre and post contract experience \n
- Comfortable working in a small QS team \n
