\n This is an exciting temporary-to-permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and has excellent communication and customer service skills.\n

\n As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day logistics operation, coordinating requirements across the team and ensuring customers and internal stakeholders receive a high level of service.\n

Key Responsibilities\n

- Coordinate and support day-to-day logistics planning and operational requirements. \n
- Communicate confidently with customers, team members and Business Development Managers (BDMs). \n
- Interpret operational requirements and ensure appropriate logistics arrangements are put in place. \n
- Use internal systems and logistics tools to support planning and coordination. \n
- Maintain accurate information using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. \n
- Provide effective administrative and operational support to the Service Delivery/Operations Team. \n
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
\n
We are looking for someone who:\n

\n

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills. \n
- Is confident communicating with customers and colleagues over the telephone. \n
- Can understand and interpret operational requirements effectively. \n
- Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. \n
- Has good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. \n
- Has an interest in or previous experience within logistics planning or operations. \n
- Ideally has an understanding of 3.5-tonne and 7.5-tonne vehicle payloads. \n
- Is a reliable team player with a positive and professional approach.
