An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Employment Law Partner to join a highly regarded national law firm as part of its continued growth in Scotland.

This role offers the chance to play a key part in the development of an established Glasgow Employment team, advising a diverse portfolio of clients on a wide range of employment matters while helping to drive the strategic growth of the practice.

The role

As an Employment Partner, you'll work closely with clients across a range of sectors, providing strategic advice on complex employment law matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising employers on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
\n
• Supporting clients through restructures, TUPE transfers and redundancy programmes
\n
• Advising on discrimination, whistleblowing and senior employee issues
\n
• Acting as a trusted adviser to boards, leadership teams and senior stakeholders
\n
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
\n
• Contributing to business development and growth initiatives
\n
• Supporting the mentoring and development of colleagues within the team
\n

About you

This role would suit an Employment Partner who:

• Has an established reputation in employment law
\n
• Brings a client following or well-developed referral network
\n
• Has experience advising on a broad range of employment matters
\n
• Demonstrates excellent commercial awareness and business development capability
\n
• Enjoys building client relationships and developing teams
\n
• Takes a collaborative and strategic approach to practice growth
\n
