Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant position: \n

- Providing administrative support to multiple stakeholders in the team, ranging in seniority \n
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating complex calendars \n
- Organising domestic and international travel arrangements \n
- Processing expenses and supporting with general team administration \n
- Assisting with documentation and record management \n
- Supporting projects and helping ensure the smooth running of the wider team \n

- Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant or PA/Coordinator role \n
- Strong diary management, travel coordination and organisational skills \n
- A proactive, flexible and team-oriented approach \n
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities \n
- Ideally previous experience within a financial services, professional services or corporate environment is preferable \n
- Confident communication skills and a willingness to learn \n
