\nWe're recruiting for a Office Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team providing essential workwear and uniform services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and taking ownership of a varied workload.
\nNo previous industry experience is required. Full training will be provided, including training on garment embroidery, systems, and processes. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
\nThe Role
\nAs Workwear Office Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive a first-class service while supporting the day-to-day running of the workwear operation.
\nYour responsibilities will include:

Collecting and distributing laundry using an on-site vehicle
\n - \n
Liaising with external laundry providers
\n - \n
Maintaining locker inventory and updating records
\n - \n
Processing customer orders and resolving queries
\n - \n
Receiving deliveries and notifying customers when items arrive
\n - \n
Carrying out garment embroidery (full training provided)
\n - \n
Processing returns and managing stock movements
\n - \n
Completing stock counts and supporting stock takes
\n - \n
Producing KPI reports and administrative documentation
\n - \n
Welcoming and assisting visitors to the workwear centre
\n - \n
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
\n - \n
Acting as a friendly and professional point of contact for customers and colleagues
\n - \n
Providing occasional cover at another local site when required
\n
About You

Hold a full UK driving licence
