- Basic salary of £32,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £45,000 OTE \n
- Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with no weekends \n

- Carrying out MOT testing in accordance with VOSA standards and regulations \n
- Conducting vehicle inspections and diagnostic assessments \n

- Providing outstanding customer service and clear communication regarding vehicle condition \n
- Managing a busy workload effectively to meet MOT targets and maximise bonus earnings \n

- Recognised MOT Tester qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) \n
- Valid MOT testing licence issued by VOSA \n
- Proven experience as an MOT Tester within a dealership or independent garage \n
- Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures \n
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail \n
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team \n
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach \n
