Signature Recruitment is recruiting multiple Student Hub Advisors to join a busy student services team at a well-regarded higher education institution in South East London.
\nThis is a temporary, full-time opportunity starting immediately, initially for three months with the potential to extend. The role is fully office based in London, working Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, and paying £17.20 per hour plus holiday pay.
\nAs a Student Hub Advisor, you’ll be one of the first people students turn to when they need information or support. You’ll manage enquiries face-to-face and through email, telephone and live chat, helping students navigate university processes and access the right services. You’ll resolve straightforward queries yourself and connect students with specialist colleagues when further support is needed. Alongside this, you’ll maintain accurate records across different systems and help ensure students receive clear, timely information throughout their academic journey.
\nYou’ll be joining a friendly, fast-moving team where collaboration and great service are central to the day. With training and support provided, this is a fantastic opportunity to build higher education experience while putting your customer service, communication and administration skills to good use.
\nStudent Hub Advisor - Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to student enquiries face-to-face and through email, telephone and live chat \n
- Resolve queries efficiently and refer more complex matters to the appropriate specialist teams \n
- Provide clear and accurate information about university services, processes and student support \n
- Maintain accurate student records and information across multiple systems and databases \n
- Update online guidance, FAQs and self-service resources to make information easier to access \n
- Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to improvements across student services \n
Student Hub Advisor - Key Skills:

- Clear written and verbal communication with a professional and personable approach \n
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate information \n
- Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems and work effectively within a team \n
