Job Description
Our client, a leading training provider, is currently seeking a Electrical and Mechanical Training Instructor to join their ambitious programme aimed at modernising marine training.
Key Responsibilities:\n- \n
- Delivering practical workshop techniques to marine students in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering \n
- Teaching up to 16 students per class \n
- Working collaboratively with Learning & Development and the team of 10 Instructors \n
- Supporting with driving continuous improvement and learning \n
- \n
- Experience in Electrical testing, Hand tools, Soldering and Tool Handling \n
- Results-oriented with the ability to support quality and delivery improvements across learning programmes \n
- Team player with experience leading and collaborating across teams \n
- Knowledge and understanding of business strategy and providing support to identify solutions to deliver that strategy \n
- Level 4 teaching certificate or equivalent (desired) \n
- Any teaching, instructing, or coaching experience would be an advantage (desired) \n
- Eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level \n
