We are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives at our Wolverhampton Depot within the Muller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business.The purpose of the role is to manually pack milk into trolleys and move and empty them across the Chill. Working in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of goods.Contract - Full Time / PermanentLocation - Wolverhampton DepotShifts - Monday - Friday -5on 2off, day shifts 06:00am until 14:30amRate of Pay -Base rate: £13.17 per hour (plus below premiums)1.5x Overtime: £19.76per hour1.25x Saturday: £16.46per hour1.5x Sunday: £19.76per hour23% uplift for unsociable hours worked between 6PM - 4AM: additional £3.03per hourWarehouse Operative Role & Responsibilities:Pick orders using voice technology.Load and unload inbound and outbound vehicles.Rotate stock and check date codes.Follow SOPs, work instructions, risk assessments and PMS.Maintain quality control to meet customer and product standards.Uphold hygiene and environmental standards (clean as you go).Operate equipment efficiently to meet required output.Replenish materials as needed.Support and deliver job-related training to colleagues.Communicate effectively within and outside the department.Carry out other reasonable duties as required.Warehouse Operative Key Skills & ExperienceRelevant experience in a similar role is desirableA good standard of literacy and numeracy skillsA positive thinking and self-motivated individualAn effective team member who works well on their own initiativeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrates an excellent attitude to workWarehouse Operative Benefits:2x Life Assurance25 days holiday (increasing with service)Enhanced family leave policiesCompany pension (up to 4% company match)Mller Rewards discount schemeFree uniform & secure parkingAt Mller, we're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels they belong.
