Location: LondonLevel: Senior ManagerSalary: £85,000 - £115,000 + Car Allowance + BonusWere working with a leading consultancy to find an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect Senior Manager to join their growing ServiceNow Business Group in.This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior architectural role within one of the worlds leading ServiceNow partners, working on complex transformation programmes and helping major organisations unlock the full potential of the ServiceNow platform.Youll sit at the intersection of technology, architecture and consulting, acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients while leading ServiceNow development teams and shaping enterprise-level solutions.The RoleLead the technical architecture and design of complex ServiceNow solutions, translating business challenges into scalable platform solutions.Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing architectural options, recommendations, risks and trade-offs to support key technology decisions.Lead and mentor ServiceNow development teams, establishing strong technical standards through code reviews, architectural reviews and technical governance.Work closely with clients, account teams and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for ServiceNow transformation and deliver additional value.Operate as part of a Technical Design Authority, providing governance across architecture, development, integrations and platform strategy.Contribute to RFPs, solutioning and the development of innovative ServiceNow propositions.Support the continued evolution of the ServiceNow platform, including emerging technologies such as AI and GenAI.What We're Looking ForExpert-level experience working with ServiceNow across development and technical architecture.ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification, with an ambition to progress towards Certified Master Architect (CMA) where not already achieved.5+ years' experience leading ServiceNow development teams, providing technical direction, mentoring and quality assurance.5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications.Experience across at least three ServiceNow product lines outside of ITSM, such as ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HRSD, CSM or similar.Experience operating within a Technical Design Authority environment and acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients.Strong technical development and integration skills, including JavaScript, SQL, APIs and web services.Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, Azure or GCP.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to operate confidently with senior technical and business leaders.Experience within a consulting or enterprise technology environment.Desirable ExperienceCloud migration experience.Experience with AI / GenAI and ServiceNow AI capabilities.ITIL v4 or equivalent certification.Why Apply?Work on complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes.Shape technical architecture and influence major technology decisions.Lead and mentor high-performing ServiceNow teams.Work with senior stakeholders across a range of industries.Access extensive ServiceNow training and certification opportunities.Develop towards advanced certifications, including Certified Master Architect.Work within a culture focused on innovation, inclusion, collaboration and continuous development.If youre an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect or CTA looking for a Senior Manager-level opportunity where you can combine hands-on technical leadership with enterprise architecture and client advisory work, wed love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
