Asbestos Operative

Our client is a leading asbestos contractor based in Chislehurst, who is on the lookout for an experienced Asbestos Operative to join their growing team. They work across a wide portfolio of clients, domestic and commercial.

The Role: You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, in and around the Bromley area ensuring all works are carried out on time, within budget, and in full compliance with health and safety regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee asbestos-related projects across mainly in and around the Bromley area but there will be some work further out.
\n
• Conduct and manage asbestos surveys, removals and collections
\n
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety and asbestos legislation
\n
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and safe project delivery
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Proven background in asbestos management, removal, and collection
\n
• Sound understanding of asbestos survey procedures
\n
• Excellent knowledge of legislation and health and safety compliance
\n
• UK Driving Licence is essential
\n
• Valid and relevant asbestos certificates required
\n
• Ideally holds P402 or RSPH qualification
\n
