The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils' learning in the classroom

  • Work with individuals and small groups to help them achieve their targets

  • Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

  • Provide support for pupils with additional needs, including SEN where required
    • \n
  • Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
    • \n

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children in a school, nursery, care or support setting
    • \n
  • A passion for helping children learn and develop
    • \n
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • \n
  • Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude
    • \n
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
    • \n
