We are seeking a dedicated Supply Teacher to join our dynamic team in Norfolk. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, enthusiastic about education, and ready to step in and teach various subjects at short notice.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, adapting to different age groups and learning needs.
\n
• Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teaching staff while also being prepared to create lesson content when necessary.
\n
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure a positive learning environment.
\n
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and engagement.
\n
• Provide feedback on student progress to the regular teaching staff.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
\n
• Experience in teaching at primary or secondary level.
\n
• Strong classroom management skills.
\n
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and new challenges.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
