Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancing Solicitor Coventry | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Great Benefits A brilliant opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy, supportive and growing conveyancing team. You’ll run your own caseload from instruction to completion and work across a wide mix of residential matters. The Role * Manage a varied caseload: freehold/leasehold sales & purchases, shared ownership, remortgages, new builds * Advise clients clearly and confidently in person, by phone and in writing * Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and key legal documents * Keep files organised, compliant and professionally maintained * Handle enquiries, quotes and diary management efficiently * Build strong client relationships and support new business * Stay updated with legal developments and SRA requirements What You’ll Bring * Experience in residential property work * Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and practice * Familiarity with CQS * Excellent communication and client care skills * Professional, confident and approachable manner * Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure * High attention to detail when reviewing legal documents Why Apply You’ll enjoy a competitive salary and great benefits.
