The aim is simple: keep you working rather than wasting hours driving backwards and forwards across the region.Your appointments are arranged for you, although if you're comfortable taking ownership of your diary, you'll have the flexibility to manage it.The workload includes a mixture of diagnostics, repairs, maintenance and installation work in customers' homes.
