The ClientIm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing social housing contractor based in Warrington, who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support their Multiple Social Housing New Build Projects across Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire.This is a great opportunity to join a stable business with a strong pipeline of work across the North West.The RoleYoull be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects, including:New Build HousingInternal & external refurbishmentsKitchen and bathroom replacementsCost control and commercial reportingPreparing and agreeing valuationsManaging subcontractor accountsCVRs and final accountsProcurement and cost forecastingWorking closely with operational teams to maximise project performanceThe ClientMy client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a social housing environment, ideally with:Proven experience as a Project / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor within Speculative or Social housingStrong knowledge of ResidentialCommercially astute and detail-focusedExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFull UK driving licence preferredThe PackageSalary of £50,000 £60,000 depending on experienceAttractive benefits packageLong-term, secure workloadSupportive and growing commercial teamVast opportunity for progression within the businessTPBN1_UKTJ
