Role Title: Jira & Confluence AMS Engineer

Location: Stevenage

\n

Work mode: Fully Onsite, 5 days/week

Duration: 12 months contract initially

\n

Rate: £472 per day all inc. (PAY through Umbrella)

Jira & Confluence Administration Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence environments

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Configure and maintain projects, issue types, workflows, screens, field configurations, permissions, notification schemes, and security schemes.

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Create and manage Confluence spaces, templates, knowledge bases, and content governance.

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Manage user provisioning, groups, roles, and access permissions.

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Configure Scrum and Kanban boards, dashboards, filters, reports, and Advanced Roadmaps.

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Support Agile teams with Jira best practices and process improvements.

    • \n
\n

Support & Operations Responsibilities

    \n
  • \n

    Provide L2/L3 support for Jira, Confluence, and JSM platforms.

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Troubleshoot platform, workflow, permission, and integration issues.

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Monitor application of health, performance, backups, and maintenance activities.

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Handle incident, service request, and enhancement activities within defined SLAs.

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Support user onboarding, training, and documentation.

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Work with JCMA and CCMA migration tools.

    • \n
\n

    Candidate should be based within reasonable commuting distance of Stevenage, United Kingdom, or be willing to travel regularly to the Stevenage office/customer site as required.
