A highly successful and well-established e-commerce business selling sports, fitness, healthcare safety and pet products is looking for an office -based Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Clapham, London. The role is fully office-based in Clapham, Central London. Along with a salary of up to £28,860.00 per annum, you will also receive:\n

We are therefore looking for a bright, switched-on and adaptable Customer Service Advisor who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.You must be good on the phone and have excellent writing skills; your spelling, punctuation and grammar must be of a high standard to ensure the emails you send to customers are accurate and professional.
Location:This is a fully office-based role. Our offices are located between Stockwell and Clapham North Underground Stations on the Victoria and Northern Lines. We are an 8-minute walk from both stations. It’s a great location for public transport and a fast commute.
As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:\n
\n - Being kind and considerate to everyone
\n - Providing excellent support over the telephone and by email
\n - Assisting with order queries and product information
\n - Liaising with our suppliers for order updates and product details
\n - Working with internal departments to ensure queries are resolved efficiently
\n - Taking orders over the telephone
\n - Ensuring the order process is a seamless and pleasant experience
\n - Product support
\n - Authorising returns
\n - Customer escalations
\n - Further ad hoc responsibilities
\n

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:\n
\n - Previous relevant customer service experience
\n - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

\n - Great attention to detail

The role is fully office-based. The working hours of this role are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm (37.5 paid working hours per week).
