- Dismantling and repairing damaged vehicles by either repairing panels or replacing those beyond repair \n
- Operating equipment such as jigs, fixtures, and welding tools in accordance with safety and quality standards \n
- Following manufacturer instructions and modification bulletins concerning chassis and panel repairs \n
- Keeping up to date with new techniques through relevant training \n
- Handling vehicles with care to ensure customer satisfaction \n
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and the repair environment to a high standard \n
- Complying with health, safety, and housekeeping regulations at all times \n

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater within a high-volume repair environment \n
- Formal qualifications such as IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are desirable but not essential; individuals with at least 3 years' on-the-job experience will be considered \n
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude \n
- Good communication skills \n
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment \n
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points \n
- ATA accreditation or experience working to BSI 10125 Kitemark standards would be advantageous but is not mandatory \n
