Your responsibilities as Operations and Project Coordinator\n

• Help progress new housing opportunities from initial research through to practical next steps.
\n
• Prepare briefings, research and analysis to support discussions with local authorities, charities and housing partners.
\n
• Support the development of strategic relationships that can increase the organisation’s reach and social impact.
\n
• Analyse policy and sector developments, turning relevant information into clear, useful insight.
\n
• Contribute to thought leadership activity and materials that strengthen engagement across the housing sector.
\n
• Help develop and improve internal systems, workflows and AI-enabled tools that enable the organisation to work efficiently as it grows.

What we’re looking for in an Operations and Project Coordinator\n

• Evidence of learning new subject areas quickly and applying that knowledge effectively.
\n
• Experience improving workflows, processes or ways of working and implementing practical solutions.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with a range of stakeholders.
\n
• Confidence using technology and digital tools to improve efficiency, insight or decision-making.
\n
• Transferable experience that demonstrates an ability to contribute to meaningful social impact; previous housing experience is not essential.
