WMS Consultant - Manhattan

For one of our leading clients, we are searching for a WMS Consultant who will support the management, implementation, and optimisation of Warehouse Management System applications across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:\n

• Translate business process owners’ requirements into functional and technical WMS designs aligned with regional guidelines.
\n
• Configure WMS applications, support new implementations, system changes, and migrations from legacy platforms.
\n
• Liaise with WMS vendors or development teams to provide input for enhancements and ensure successful delivery.
\n
• Build and maintain system integrations, including EDI and other interface connections with customers and partners.
\n
• Execute system testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot WMS-related incidents.
\n
• Create reports based on WMS data and contribute to continuous system improvements and innovation.
\n

Required Skills & Competencies:\n

\n
• Practical experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Warehouse Management Systems.
\n
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and WMS applications.
\n
• Good understanding of SQL, databases, EDI, and system interfaces.
\n
• Experience with reporting tools (SSRS preferred).
\n
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English.
\n
• Project management capabilities and experience working in cross-functional environments.
\n
