- Fulfil all tasks to the customer’s complete satisfaction, ensuring quality workmanship \n
- Complete assigned jobs within the estimated paint times efficiently \n
- Safeguard vehicles and their contents during repairs \n
- Ensure vehicles comply with safety standards upon completion \n
- Conduct repairs according to best practice procedures and technical instructions \n
- Use all paint mixing schemes, drying areas, and equipment accurately \n
- Interpret technical data and implement it appropriately \n
- Seek clarification from the Bodyshop Manager if work instructions lack clarity or seem incorrect \n
- Maintain safety and quality standards at all times \n

- Fully qualified Vehicle Paint Sprayer, ideally NVQ Level 3 and ATA accredited or equivalent \n
- Alternatively, a strong, stable, and relevant time-served experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer \n
- Valid driving licence \n
- Strong team player with a high level of motivation and commitment \n
- Ability to produce high-quality workmanship in a busy environment \n
- Experience working to PAS 125 standards or ATA accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential \n
