For experienced compliance professionals, that creates an interesting challenge: interpreting what has changed, establishing what needs to happen and turning complex requirements into a structured programme of activity. Consortium Professional Recruitment are recruiting a Compliance Manager for a six-month fixed term assignment with an established UK organisation. This is a delivery-focused position with a clear objective: bring structure and momentum to an important programme of certification and compliance activity, while putting the foundations in place for the organisation to remain ahead of future change.The Opportunity: As Compliance Manager, you’ll be brought in for your ability to assess, prioritise and deliver. Your six-month programme will involve:\n

- Translating changing industry standards into a clear programme of technical and certification activity. \n
- Establishing priorities across existing requirements, upcoming changes and planned certification work. \n
- Driving individual workstreams through to completion, coordinating internal specialists and external technical partners where required. \n
- Reviewing supporting technical documentation and evidence to ensure activity is controlled, visible and appropriately documented. \n
- Creating a forward-looking compliance roadmap that gives the organisation greater visibility of future requirements. \n

- Strong experience within technical compliance, certification, quality or regulatory environments. \n
- Experience managing complex certification or standards-led programmes within manufacturing or another technically regulated sector. \n
- The ability to interpret changing requirements and determine their practical impact on products, processes and documentation. \n
- Strong project management skills, with evidence of progressing multiple technical workstreams against defined priorities. \n
- Confidence working with external certification, testing, auditing or technical organisations. \n

- Salary of £50,000 to £60,000 \n
- Six-month fixed term contract \n
