Legal Secretaries / Legal PA's - Norwich

Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for your next opportunity in Norwich?

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of several well-established law firms in Norwich, with a range of opportunities available across a number of specialist legal teams.

We’re looking to speak with Legal Secretaries and Legal PA's who are organised, proactive and confident supporting busy fee earners in a professional legal environment.

• Property - supporting busy residential property teams
\n
• Private Client - working alongside solicitors dealing with wills, probate, trusts and estate planning
\n
• Court of Protection - providing secretarial and administrative support within a specialist COP team
\n
• Agricultural & Estates - supporting solicitors working with rural, agricultural and estate-related matters
\n

You may already be working as a Legal Secretary / Legal PA, Legal Assistant or within another legal support role and be looking for your next challenge.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who have:

• Previous experience within a legal environment
\n
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
\n
• Strong attention to detail
\n
• Good written and verbal communication skills
\n
• The ability to manage deadlines and prioritise a busy workload
\n
• A professional, proactive and positive approach
\n

Legal experience within one of the areas above is advantageous, but transferable legal secretarial experience will also be considered.

Each firm offers a slightly different working environment and benefits package, but all opportunities provide the chance to join established legal teams and develop your career within the Norwich legal market.

Salaries are competitive and will reflect your level of experience and the requirements of the role. These opportunities are full time positions, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
