Job Description
We are looking for an HR & Office Administrative Assistant to join our clients growingteam. In your role as an HR & Office Administrative Assistant, you will report to the Global HR Manager. To support the office culture and logistics, you will be required to work from the office 3 days a week, with every Wednesday being an all company day, with the remaining two days worked remotely.
\nYou will be responsible for managing end-to-end office operations and serving as a key operational hub for HR and employee experience.
\nOffice Logistics & Facilities:

- Vendor Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for the landlord and \n
- external vendors, such as electricians and plumbers. \n
- Supply Management: Managing the ordering of office supplies and maintaining \n
- inventory. \n
- Health & Safety: Ensuring the office remains a safe environment and staying compliant \n
- with health and safety standards. \n
- Team Events: Coordinating team lunches and planning events for the Summer and \n
- Christmas parties, as well as smaller ad-hoc gatherings. \n
- General Admin: Providing general business administration support to ensure efficient \n
- operations. \n
HR & Employee Lifecycle
\n- \n
- HR Data & Systems Management: Maintain HR software by accurately inputting \n
- employee details and tracking annual leave, sickness, and attendance \n
- Recruitment Assistance: Providing assistance with recruitment and candidate sourcing, \n
- screening, and referencing. \n
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of \n
- employees to ensure a seamless transition for all staff. \n
- Policy Guidance: Developing a strong knowledge and understanding of company \n
- policies to provide accurate advice and support to the team. Assist in drafting, updating, \n
- and implementing HR policies \n
- HR Research & Initiatives: Assisting with research on upcoming HR initiatives and \n
- providing administrative support for the People team. \n
- Travel & Scheduling: Managing team travel arrangements and booking meetings and \n
- candidate interviews. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Up to 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or HR role. \n
- Communication: Have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with \n
- internal teams and external stakeholders. \n
- Soft Skills: Leverage emotional intelligence and active listening skills to work harmoniously and \n
- effectively with others. \n
- Organisation: Be diligent and attentive to detail with a strong ability to resolve issues in a timely and \n
- efficient manner. \n
- Tech Savvy: Be adept at working with Microsoft Office/G-Suite and comfortable working with \n
- different technologies. \n
- Attitude: Have a "can do" attitude to taking on new challenges \n
