HR Advisor - Temporary

Location: BirminghamSalary: £40,000 per annumDuration: 1 monthStart Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a Birmingham-based organisation on an initial 1-month temporary assignment, starting as soon as possible.

This is a great opportunity for an immediately available HR professional who can quickly step into a busy environment and provide hands-on HR support from day one.

The Role

Working closely with managers and the wider HR team, you will provide practical and commercially focused HR advice across a broad range of employee relations and people matters.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
\n
• Supporting with employee relations matters including absence, performance, conduct and grievances
\n
• Advising managers on HR policies and procedures
\n
• Supporting with investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
\n
• Working closely with the wider HR team to ensure a consistent approach
\n
• Providing generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle
\n
• Supporting with any immediate HR projects or priorities
\n

About You

We are looking for a confident and experienced HR Advisor who can hit the ground running in a temporary assignment.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience working in an HR Advisor/generalist HR role
\n
• Strong employee relations experience
\n
• The confidence to advise managers at all levels
\n
• A practical, hands-on approach
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• The ability to work independently and quickly build relationships
\n
• Availability to start ASAP
