Salary: £13.25 per hour / £26,871 per annum

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am–4:00pm, Friday 7:30am–3:00pm

Are you reliable, hands-on and looking for a long-term opportunity within a manufacturing environment?

Our client is looking for a Production Operative to join their established manufacturing team in Aldershot. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and is keen to learn new skills.

Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be involved in the day-to-day manufacturing process, operating a range of production machinery and ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring a variety of production machines
\n
• Setting up machinery and making adjustments where required
\n
• Checking finished products meet quality standards
\n
• Carrying out routine checks and basic machine maintenance
\n
• Following all health and safety procedures
\n
• Keeping the production area clean, organised and safe
\n
• Supporting the wider production team with other duties as required
\n

Previous manufacturing or production experience would be an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right person.
