The Purpose of the Role You’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service to commercial clients, acting as a trusted day‑to‑day contact and supporting Account Executives and Directors across a varied portfolio. What the Role Offers * Hybrid working within a supportive, collaborative team * Competitive salary up to £35,000 + benefits * Autonomy to work on complex and interesting cases * Clear development and progression opportunities * A culture that values personality, expertise and exceptional service About the Role As a Commercial Account Handler, you will: * Act as a key daily contact for mid/large or complex commercial clients * Support Account Executives/Directors in managing mid‑market to large corporate accounts * Liaise with insurers and underwriters across the open market * Negotiate terms, premiums and coverage extensions * Manage mid‑term adjustments (MTAs) and undertake remarketing where required * Ensure all policy documentation is accurate and compliant * Review renewal terms and prepare renewal reports for Account Executives and clients * Handle all associated administration tasks * Use Acturis to process policies and maintain client information About You You will bring: * Previous commercial insurance experience (essential) * Excellent telephone communication and client‑handling skills * Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in administration * Confidence using systems Acturis experience is highly desirable * A proactive, positive approach and desire to progress If you’re ready to take the next step in your insurance career, we’d love to hear from you.
