Whether you're an established MHE Instructor or you've previously held an instructor qualification and are looking to get back into training, we'd love to hear from you.This is a fantastic opportunity to use your expertise to develop colleagues, improve safety standards and help create high-performing teams across our operation.We have opportunities available on Nights working a 12-hour shift pattern.Here's What You Can Expect To Be DoingAs an Operational Trainer, you'll play a vital role in developing our people and ensuring they have the skills, knowledge and confidence to work safely and effectively.You'll:Deliver engaging practical and classroom-based trainingLead inductions for new starters and agency colleaguesTrain, assess and re-certify colleagues on MHE equipmentSupport compliance with health and safety standards across the siteMaintain accurate training records and certification dataWork closely with Operational, HR and Health & Safety teamsIdentify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and operational performanceEnsure mandatory training requirements are completed across your shiftA Few Things About YouWe're looking for someone who is passionate about developing others, confident in front of groups and able to adapt their approach to suit different learning styles.EssentialFull UK Driving LicenceExperience operating MHE within a warehouse or logistics environmentStrong understanding of health and safety requirementsExperience delivering practical training and coachingExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsQualificationsAccredited MHE Instructor qualification (RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT) preferredPreviously held an MHE Instructor qualification that's now expired?
