OneStream Technology Lead/Developer

London - 1-3 days a week - Inside IR35 - Rate Negotiable

Contract - Initially 6 months with a strong chance of extension

We are seeking an experienced OneStream Technology Lead/Developerto take ownership of the design, development, and ongoing support of OneStream solutions across planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, working closely with Finance and IT to deliver scalable, well-governed financial solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, build, and support of OneStream applications across budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting
\n
• Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and solution architecture
\n
• Develop business rules, XF scripts, and complex custom calculations
\n
• Design and optimize OneStream cubes, dimensions, workflows, and security models
\n
• Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytic views
\n
• Support and maintain data integrations, APIs, and connectors
\n
• Ensure data integrity, performance optimisation, and adherence to best-practice governance
\n
• Act as a technical lead, providing code reviews, documentation, and mentoring to other developers
\n
• Support production environments, month-end cycles, and ad-hoc analysis
\n

What you'll bring

\n
• Strong hands-on experience developing in OneStream XF
\n
• Proven expertise in business rules, Scripting, cube configuration, and reporting
\n
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with financial data models
\n
• Experience supporting data integrations and ETL processes
\n
• Background acting as a technical lead or senior OneStream developer
\n
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge finance and technology teams
\n
