\n Responsibilities and duties of the Site Manager role
\n Reporting to the operations manager you will:

- Manage the sites on a day-to-day basis \n
- Working closely with technically skilled teams and providing practical oversight. \n
- Reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements). \n
- Conducting and reviewing toolbox talks. \n
- Supporting site compliance, safety and quality requirements. \n
- Ensuring works are progressing correctly and to the required standards. \n
- Being a visible, hands-on presence on site \n
\nProfessional qualifications\n
\n
- \n
- Previous experience as an approved electrician \n
- SMSTS qualified \n
\nPersonal skills\n
\n
