The role:Thepostholderwillcoordinate the administration and operational delivery of events, weddings,filmingand venue hire activity, ensuring an exceptional client experience frominitialenquiry through to post-event review.You will also provide administrative support to theSchoolshistoric tours operation, working alongside the Tours Administrator whenrequired.The estate at Harrow offers a range of historic buildings, modernfacilitiesand outside spaces, so it isa great opportunityfor someonewho enjoys variety andwants to work within a broad repertoireof personal, corporate,charityand sporting events.

The skills:This role will suit a candidatewhoprides themselves on theirexperience andability to managetheadministrativedetailsof aneventsmanagementprocess fromstart to finish;dealing with the enquiry, planninganddeliveryof the event as well as thefinancial payments/invoicingand associated reports.You willbe highly organised, with strong verbal and written communication styles that reflect the organisations brand andclientexpectations.Your good numerical ability and confidence with MS Officeapplications will enable you to accurately recordclient andfinancial information.Using yourpositive, approachable, professional demeanourand flexibility to support the teamat busy times, you will buildexcellent relationships with colleagues and provide a customer service thatsupports and strengthens the reputation of Harrow School as one of thebestvenue providers in London.
