Consulting Operations Manager - Sustainability

Bridgestone Advisory & Consultancy is seeking a senior leader to manage consulting engagements, lead multidisciplinary teams and contractors, and drive business development across sustainability and transformation projects.

• Lead the consulting team and external contractors across all project stages.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
\n
• Manage project scope, resources, risks, timelines, and client expectations.
\n
• Lead sustainability, ESG, environmental, and green-transformation assignments.
\n
• Build practical solutions that connect sustainability objectives with business performance.
\n
• Lead client outreach, proposal development, pitches, and commercial negotiations.
\n
• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
\n
• Establish clear delivery standards, reporting systems, and project governance.
\n
• Represent Bridgestone in senior client meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.

• Strong background in consulting, project management, or transformation delivery.
\n
• Proven ability to lead consulting teams, specialists, and external contractors.
\n
• Working knowledge of sustainability, ESG, environmental strategy, or green transformation.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and senior stakeholders.
\n
• Demonstrated business development and proposal-writing experience.
\n
• Strong commercial judgment, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Experience across the UK, GCC, or international markets is preferred.
