We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated Full-Time PPA Teacher to join our vibrant school community. This role involves delivering high-quality lessons across a range of foundation subjects including Art & Design, Design Technology, Religious Education, and Modern Foreign Languages (MFL). This position offers a unique opportunity to inspire and engage pupils while contributing positively to the wider life of the school.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and effective lessons in Art & Design, Design Technology, Religious Education, and MFL.
\n
• Ensure lessons are inclusive, appropriately differentiated, and meet the needs of all learners.
\n
• Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
\n
• Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress in line with school policies.
\n
• Provide constructive feedback to pupils and class teachers following lessons.
\n
• Work collaboratively with year group teams and subject leaders to ensure curriculum continuity and progression.
\n
• Promote pupils' spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development through the curriculum.
\n
• Support the school's commitment to safeguarding, equality, and inclusion.
\n
• Participate in staff meetings, training opportunities, and wider school events as required.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
\n
• Experience of teaching within a primary school setting.
\n
• Strong subject knowledge across Art & Design, DT, RE, and/or MFL.
\n
• Ability to deliver engaging lessons that motivate and challenge pupils.
\n
• Excellent classroom management skills.
\n
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
\n
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
\n
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
\n

Desirable Criteria:

\n
• Experience of teaching across multiple year groups.
\n
• Experience delivering a primary MFL curriculum.
\n
• Subject leadership experience in one or more curriculum areas.
\n
• Understanding of current primary curriculum requirements and assessment practices.
\n
