About the Role:

Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant (Year 3)

Location: Leigh

Start Date: September

Pay Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging daily lessons.

Working with small groups and providing 1-to-1 targeted intervention in core subjects (Literacy and Numeracy).

Fostering an inclusive, safe, and positive learning environment for all students.

Tracking student progress and assisting with classroom management.

What We Are Looking For:

Qualifications: minimum level 2 teaching assistant qualification

Strong literacy and numeracy skills to confidently support Key Stage 2 curriculum.

A warm, firm, and encouraging approach to behaviour management.

A team player who can collaborate effectively with teachers and support staff.

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for a new one).
